As a CUSTOMER, I have mixed feelings about Apple bettys. While the website, applebettys.com, has a sleek design and the product selection is impressive, the customer service leaves much to be desired. It took me a long time to receive a response to my inquiries and the issue was not resolved to my satisfaction. Hopefully, they can improve their customer support.
