I have been banking with a local bank for a while, but I recently switched to Hdfc bank of sri lanka and I am very happy with the decision. The customer service is top-notch and the online banking platform is user-friendly. The only drawback I have found so far is the lack of a mobile banking app, but other than that, everything is great.
