I had mixed feelings about Porsio initially. The website was user-friendly, but the products didn't meet my expectations. However, the customer service team was proactive in resolving my concerns and provided a satisfactory solution. Although I don't think I'll purchase from Porsio again, I appreciate their efforts to rectify the situation.
