I recently purchased some items from a certain company. The website was user-friendly and the delivery was prompt. However, I found the customer service to be somewhat lacking. It took longer than expected to receive a response to my query, and when I did receive a response, it felt impersonal and scripted. I believe there is room for improvement in this area.
