I recently purchased a product from Dkw-technik and I am not happy with my experience. The product arrived damaged and the customer service was unhelpful in resolving the issue. It took several weeks and multiple follow-ups to finally get a replacement. The overall process was frustrating and time-consuming. I will not be buying from them again.
