I recently made a purchase on glitch-shop.com and I must say, my experience was average. The form required me to fill in unnecessary details, which prolonged the process. Additionally, the delivery time was longer than expected. It took almost two weeks for my order to arrive. On the positive side, the quality of the product was satisfactory, and I encountered no issues with it. Overall, I would rate the company as average. They have a user-friendly website, but improvements in terms of efficiency and delivery time could enhance the customer experience.
