I recently had an average experience with a company I found online. Their website was easy to navigate, which is always a plus. However, I found their customer service to be a bit lacking. On a brighter note, the quality of their work was decent, albeit not outstanding. The engineers I interacted with were knowledgeable and helpful during the project. Overall, it was an average experience with room for improvement in terms of responsiveness and pricing. 😊🔧
