I recently had an experience with an IP law firm located in the 380 corridor. While the services provided were sufficient, nothing really stood out. I reached out to them for assistance with a patent application, and although they responded promptly, I felt that their attention to detail was lacking. The lawyer assigned to me seemed knowledgeable, but I expected a bit more guidance throughout the process.

On the positive side, their fees were reasonable and they provided a clear breakdown of the costs involved. The firm also offered a free initial consultation, which was helpful.

Overall, while my experience was not outstanding, it was not entirely disappointing either. They have the potential to improve and deliver a more exceptional service in the future.
