I have only positive things to say about You and the Mat! The teachers are knowledgeable and provide clear instructions, making it easy to follow along. The studio itself has a serene atmosphere, creating the perfect environment for practicing yoga. I always walk out of class feeling refreshed and centered. Highly recommend!
