I have been a customer of Springfield/Eugene Habitat for Humanity for several years now and I can confidently say that their services are average. While the organization does provide affordable housing options to those in need, I have found their customer service to be lacking at times. There have been instances where I had to follow up multiple times before receiving a response. Overall, I would rate their services as average.
