I recently took a vacation to Southwest Tourism and had an average experience. The service was satisfactory, but nothing extraordinary. The website was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information. However, I felt that the overall package could have been better. The tour guide was knowledgeable, but lacked enthusiasm. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. Overall, it was an average experience.
