Being a member of the Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique (STAT) has been a transformative experience for me. The training and guidance provided by STAT have helped me overcome longstanding issues with posture and movement. The teachers are highly skilled and their dedication to the technique is evident in their teaching. I am grateful for the positive impact STAT has had on my life.
