I have been a customer of Bahrain Islamic Bank (BISB) for several years and I must say that their services are average. The online banking platform is user-friendly and convenient, but the customer service experience can be improved. The bank staff are generally helpful, but there have been instances where the response time was slow. Overall, I would rate BISB as an average bank.
