I have been a member of the Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique (STAT) for over a year now, and I cannot recommend them enough. The teachers are exceptional, and the techniques they teach have helped me overcome chronic pain and improve my posture and movement. The workshops and resources provided by STAT have been invaluable in my growth as a student of the Alexander Technique. I am grateful for the positive impact STAT has had on my life.
