The services offered by this company were average. The website was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. They were slow to respond to my queries, and when they did, the answers provided were not very helpful. The installation process was also a bit delayed, causing some inconvenience. On the positive side, the products themselves were of decent quality and I did notice a slight improvement in my energy consumption. Overall, I would rate this company as average. They have the potential to provide better service if they improve their customer support and streamline their installation process.
