I bought a spa from canadaspasdepot.com and it was a decent experience overall. The website was easy to navigate, and the ordering process was simple. The delivery was on time, and the spa was in good condition. However, the customer service could have been better. I had a few questions, but it took a while for them to respond. Nevertheless, the spa works well and I am satisfied with my purchase.
