I recently purchased some lotions from this online store and had an average experience overall. The website itself was easy to navigate and had a decent selection of products to choose from, which was a plus. However, the customer service could use some improvement. I had a few questions about some of the products, but it took quite a while for them to respond to my inquiries. Although the lotions were of decent quality and smelled nice, they were not extraordinary in any way. The prices were also a bit higher compared to similar products on other sites, which was a bit disappointing. The shipping was average, neither too fast nor too slow. Overall, I think this company has potential, but there are definitely areas that need improvement to enhance the overall customer experience.
