I've been banking with Canals & Trails Credit Union for some time now, and they have been average at best. While their staff is generally friendly, I have had a few instances where my inquiries were not handled efficiently. The online banking platform is decent, but I have experienced a few glitches and delays. Overall, Canals & Trails Credit Union is an average credit union, but there is certainly room for improvement.
