I found my experience with the New York City Council - Office of Councilmember Brad Lander to be quite average. The services provided were satisfactory overall, but there was nothing particularly remarkable about them. The staff was friendly and responsive, but I felt that more could have been done to address some of the issues I had raised. Overall, it was an okay experience.
