I recently had the opportunity to work with a consulting firm that specializes in skincare, and I must say it was an average experience. The company's website was easy to navigate and provided plenty of information about their services. However, I found the overall level of customer service to be lacking. My inquiries were not always responded to promptly, and at times, the replies were not very helpful. The consultants themselves seemed knowledgeable, but their communication skills could be improved. On a positive note, the company did offer some useful tips and advice on skincare through their blog posts. Overall, I would rate my experience as average. While there were aspects that were disappointing, there were also some redeeming qualities.
