The company's website is kandela.co. As a customer, I found the overall experience to be average. 🤷‍♂️ The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, but I was expecting more from the product selection. The website had limited options and lacked variety. 😕 Additionally, I had some issues with the customer service. It took quite a while for them to respond to my queries, and their responses were not very helpful. 🙄 On a positive note, the quality of the product I purchased was decent, and it arrived within the expected timeframe. 😊 However, given the limited selection and subpar customer service, I'm not sure if I would choose to shop from this company again. 👎
