I recently booked a vacation through Sena tur and overall, my experience was average. 😐 The company website was easy to navigate and had a good selection of options for destinations and packages. However, the booking process was a bit confusing as there were some technical glitches which required me to reach out to customer service for assistance. 🤔 The customer service team was prompt in their response and resolved my issue quickly, which was appreciated. 😊 On the downside, I felt that the prices were a bit higher compared to other travel agencies offering similar packages. Additionally, the communication regarding the itinerary and travel details could have been better. Overall, it was an average experience with Sena tur. 😐
