I had a mixed experience shopping at Colourliving. While their website was easy to use and the products were of good quality, the customer service was lacking. It took a long time for my queries to be addressed, and the shipping was delayed. However, once the issues were resolved, I was happy with my purchases. I hope Colourliving improves their customer service in the future.
