I recently had the opportunity to work with a management group for a project, and my experience with Ascend Management Group was average. The website, amgnow.com, provided some useful information about their services, although it could have been more organized and user-friendly. The team was responsive to my inquiries and attentive during our initial consultation. However, I found the overall level of professionalism to be lacking. The communication between the team members wasn't always clear, resulting in some confusion and delays in the project timeline. While they eventually delivered a satisfactory result, it took longer than expected. Their pricing was reasonable, but I would suggest they improve their project management and communication processes to enhance customer experience. Overall, my experience with Ascend Management Group was decent, but I believe there is room for improvement.
