I had a mixed experience with Monza Inc. Overall, their products are of good quality, but their customer service needs improvement. I had some issues with a recent purchase, and it took a long time and multiple attempts to get a resolution. However, once the issue was finally resolved, I was satisfied with the outcome. I hope they work on improving their customer support to provide a more seamless experience. 😊
