I recently stayed at the Ideal Ayurvedic Resort in India and it was beyond my expectations. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the treatments were incredible. I left feeling completely rejuvenated and balanced. The only thing I would suggest is to improve the variety of meal options. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this resort to anyone interested in ayurvedic healing.
