I recently visited this orthodontic office for a consultation, and I have to admit, I had high expectations based on their website. However, my experience turned out to be quite average. The staff was friendly and professional, but I felt like they lacked personal attention. The waiting area was comfortable, but the wait times were longer than anticipated. The consultation itself was thorough and informative, but the orthodontist didn't go above and beyond to make me feel valued as a customer. They did provide me with a detailed treatment plan and options for payment, which was helpful. Overall, my visit was satisfactory, but nothing exceptional. I would consider going back because of the convenience of their location and the competence of the staff, but I hope for a more personalized experience next time.
