I have been practicing yoga for a few years now and Glow Hot Yoga has become one of my favorite studios. The instructors are fantastic, guiding the classes with a perfect balance of challenge and relaxation. The studio itself has a calming ambiance and I always feel at ease when I enter. The hot yoga classes are invigorating and help me to deepen my practice. I highly recommend Glow Hot Yoga for its quality instruction and welcoming atmosphere.
