I have been a customer of Brazos National Bank for over 5 years now and I must say their service has been consistently average. While they are not outstanding, they get the job done. The customer service representatives are polite and helpful, but sometimes it takes a while to get a response. The website is user-friendly and I appreciate being able to access my accounts online. Overall, I would rate Brazos National Bank as average.
