I recently rented a car from City Drive Rent a Car...

I recently rented a car from City Drive Rent a Car and overall I had an okay experience. The customer service was decent and the car itself was in good condition. However, I did encounter some issues with the online booking system. It was a bit confusing and took me longer than expected to complete the reservation. Additionally, the pick-up process at the rental office was a bit slow. All in all, it wasn't a terrible experience but there is definitely room for improvement.
