I have been using Matrix imaging solutions for a while now, and I must say they are average at best. The website is easy to navigate, but the overall experience is nothing special. The customer service could be more responsive and helpful. I expected more from such a reputable company. The products are good quality, but the pricing is a bit higher compared to the competition. Overall, I would rate them as an average company.
