In my opinion, Alfabet AG is an average company. The software they provide has some good features, but it lacks certain functionalities that I was looking for. The user interface is decent, although it could be improved for better usability. The customer support was responsive, but their solutions didn't always fully resolve the issues. Overall, an average experience.
