I recently purchased some items from Rokmetro and I have mixed feelings about my experience. On one hand, the products are of good quality and the website is easy to use. On the other hand, the customer service could have been better. I had an issue with my order and it took a while to get it resolved. Overall, I would consider shopping here again, but I hope they improve their customer service.
