I have been a customer of CSA - Computer Systems Australia for several years now and I have always had an average experience with them. Their customer support is decent but sometimes they can be a bit slow in responding to queries. However, I must say that their products are of good quality and are reasonably priced. Overall, I would rate CSA as an average company.
