I have had an average experience banking with CBA. The bank offers the basic services I need, but their customer service could be improved. The staff is polite, but I have encountered delays when it comes to resolving issues. The online banking platform is decent, but it lacks some advanced features. I hope to see CBA make some positive changes in the near future.
