This is one of the best yoga studios I have been to. The classes are well-structured and challenging, yet suitable for all levels. The instructors are skilled and supportive, always providing modifications for different abilities. The atmosphere at Zooga yoga is calming and inclusive, making it a comfortable space to practice yoga. I have noticed improvements in my flexibility and strength since joining. Highly recommended!
