I recently had the opportunity to use the services provided by this company and I would rate my experience as average. The website was easy to navigate and provided useful information about their services. However, I found the level of customer service to be lacking. The staff seemed indifferent and unresponsive to my inquiries and concerns. The technicians who came to my home were punctual and professional, but I was not completely satisfied with the quality of their work. While they were able to fix the issue with my air conditioning, it took longer than expected and I felt that the final result could have been better. Overall, while the company's website is informative, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and the quality of their work.
