I have been a loyal customer of Prime Asia for many years and I must say, their service has been consistently average. The website is easy to use and the prices are reasonable. However, their customer support could be improved. Sometimes it takes a while to get a response and they are not always able to resolve issues satisfactorily. Overall, I would rate my experience with Prime Asia as average.
