I've been using Opie software for a few months now...

I've been using Opie software for a few months now and I must say, it's been an average experience so far. The software has some useful features and it definitely helps in streamlining our workflow. However, there have been a few instances where we faced some technical issues and the support team took longer than expected to resolve them. Overall, it's a decent software but there's definitely room for improvement.
