The experience I had with this pet care service was just average. The website was easy to navigate and find the necessary information, but it lacked a personal touch. I expected more in terms of customer interaction and engagement. The pricing was reasonable but not outstanding. The service itself was average as well. My dog seemed content, but there was nothing particularly exceptional about their care. The staff were polite, but I didn't feel like they went above and beyond to make my pet's experience special. Overall, it was an average experience and I would consider trying other options before returning to this one.
