Community work services is an average company. I have been working here for a couple of months and overall, I can say that it is an okay place to work. The management is quite supportive and the work environment is decent. However, there are some areas where improvements can be made. The workload can be overwhelming at times and there is often a lack of clear communication. Additionally, the salary could definitely be better. Overall, I would rate this company as average.
