I engaged the services of an environmental engineering company for a project, and they did a decent job. The team was knowledgeable and provided scientifically sound solutions to our problems. However, I felt that their communication could have been better. There were times when there was a lack of clarity regarding the progress of the project. In terms of overall quality, it was satisfactory, but there is room for improvement in terms of project management and client communication.
