I have been a customer of Luxoptica holding ukraine for several years now and I must say that their service is average. The quality of their products is good but nothing extraordinary. The prices are competitive and the staff is friendly. However, I have had some issues with their after-sales service in the past, which is why I can't rate them as great or excellent. Overall, I would say they are an okay company to do business with.
