I had an overall average experience with Elias, books brown & nelson. The service was quite good, but there were a few issues that could have been handled better. The website was a bit confusing to navigate, and I had trouble finding the books I was looking for. However, the staff was friendly and helpful when I did ask for assistance. I would consider giving them another try in the future.
