I recently had an average experience with a decorative concrete company. Their website, concretech.com, caught my attention with its sleek design and promises of quality workmanship. However, I was somewhat disappointed with the overall outcome.

The communication with the company was relatively smooth, but it took longer than expected to receive a response to my initial inquiry. The team who came to do the concrete work seemed decently skilled, but there were a few minor flaws in the finished product that did not meet my expectations.

The pricing was fair, considering the market rates for this kind of service. However, I found the overall value for money to be average, as the end result did not quite match the level of quality I had anticipated based on the company's claims.

While the company did an average job, there is certainly room for improvement in terms of communication and attention to detail. I would recommend them with caution, as they may not fully meet your expectations.
