I have been using The Payback Group for a few months now and I must say that their service is quite average. The website is easy to use, but it lacks some advanced features that other similar platforms offer. The customer service is okay, but sometimes it takes a while to get a response. Overall, I think there is room for improvement, but it's not a bad option if you're just starting to manage your finances.
