I've had a mixed experience with Eco de tierra. While some of their products are good, others have been disappointing. The website is easy to use and purchasing was a breeze. However, the customer service needs improvement as I faced issues with my order and it took a long time to get a response. I hope they work on improving their quality control and customer support.
