APPY is an Angolan start-up in the area of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), created in 2015, with the objective of making information useful to the citizen available in an intuitive and practical way. The complexity of the Angolan market in various sectors of activity, such as health , education, retail, industry or agriculture has increased since the end of the civil war in 2002. During this period Angola reached double-digit growth, strongly driven by margins oil sales. Despite the increase in the number of domestic and foreign companies, access to information is still very limited and expensive.
