Gára Agents and Shipbrokers was established in 1993. Gára offers a comprehensive agency service to all ship owners and operators. The provided service is a complete port agency solution for cruise ships, military vessels, research ships, fishing vessels and superyachts. Through our holding companies, Eimskip and TVG-Zimsen, we can offer exceptional solutions in logistics. Our agency service network covers all major Icelandic ports, where we have our own representatives with complete local knowledge. In addition, Gára is a member of the NAA – North Atlantic Agency which services vessels in Greenland, Iceland, Faroes and Norway.
