Recently I had an opportunity to interact with the Department of Education, and I would like to share my experience. The services provided were commendable, and I found the website education.ohio.gov to be extremely helpful. The information provided on various educational programs and initiatives was comprehensive. The user interface was smooth, making it easy to navigate. It would be great if they could further improve the responsiveness of their customer support. Nevertheless, my overall experience was positive.
